Welcome, and Happy Wax on Wednesdays !
I have been pondering an idea for about a year now and with the times as they are it has been in the forefront of my mind for the last weeks for some very important reasons. I have been working on ideas of bonus and new creative content without having to go to the large expense of investing in a full length workshop. All of my workshops have full forever access, but art can be expensive and purchasing everything on a large supply list , and cost of a full workshop is not always in the budget. My criteria for this weekly and monthly fun content was to :
You can subscribe to 4 different levels starting at only 2.99 a month ! The higher levels have the project content that is offered plus ALL of the content on the previous levels! My hope is to offer much more creating fun at an extremely reasonable price for one heck of a deal ! If you have any questions at any time you know you can always email me at [email protected]. I have created a welcome intro video explaining all of the levels. As of today (Wednesday April 8, 2020) The first and second levels are available as soon as you join !) The 3rd level " Warm Up With Me" will be available Monday The 4th level will be available on the following Monday April 20th Here is the link to the new Patreon page : https://www.patreon.com/user?u=2366202&fan_landing=true
This month I thought it would be fun to play with mono prints in lots of different ways !
Starting off this week with some oil sticks on the Gel Plate. Yes! you can use oil sticks on the gel plates too! Next week I will be showing how to add a saturating layer of clear medium to these fun prints to create a beautiful translucent image. Supplies I used this week: Each week I list the supplies I used in the video here on the blog for you so that you can see and easily find the items used for that week's technique . If you purchase items from the links provided it sometimes generates a few cents in commission which goes right back in to creating videos for you on the youtube channel. It does not raise the cost for you in any way, and is the same link you would find on a regular amazon prime search . Thank you ahead for you support of Wax on Wednesdays in any way ! Also , although the photos here can help you easily find the product . I also recommend that you look at your local art /hobby store to make sure you are getting the lowest price. Sometimes with weekly 40% off coupons basic items can be found at a better price. If you are receiving this blog post via email click on the live link to the post so that you can view the supply links .

I'm looking to buy a gel plate, any recommendations? On Amazon some look like they are a hard plate, not soft and flexible like the one you use.
